The enterprise pays much attention to the development and improvement of the quality management system (QMS).
In 2003, for the first time, a certification audit was conducted for compliance of QMS CJSC Megaplast with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001-2000 "Quality management systems. Requirements. " The implementation was confirmed by the certificate No. 15 100 31821 TUV CERT dated August 10, 2003 and re-confirmed by the certificate No. INT60001DE BVQI dated June 23, 06.
In 2007, a certification audit was completed for compliance with the QMS requirements ISO / TS 16949: 2002 "Quality management systems. Special requirements for the application of ISO 9001: 2000 for the production of serial and spare parts in the automotive industry ". The implementation was confirmed by the certificate No.SQ / 1801 UTAC of 23.07.07.
In 2010, the enterprise passed certification according to the requirements of ISO / TS 16949: 2009, which was confirmed by the certificate No. SQ / 1807-2 UTAC of 22.07.10, as well as certification for the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 (certification included in the design), which was confirmed by the certificate, No. SQ / 1808-2 UTAC of 22.07.10.
Since 2010, the company annually confirms the QMS certification for compliance with the requirements of ISO / TS 16949: 2009 and ISO 9001: 2008.

METROLOGY
CJSC Megaplast operates its own test and measurement laboratory.
Metrological base includes:
- more than 150 units of universal measuring instruments for monitoring linear-angular, thermal engineering and other characteristics;
- more than 50 control gauges, including designed and manufactured by own forces.
Linear and angular measurements are performed using high-precision equipment of the mobile KIM FARO PowerGAGE (Switzerland), stationary KIM SOORD (Italy).
Dynamic performance monitoring is performed using the CVIR II Desoutter control screwdriver (France).

In 2022, the enterprise passed a certification audit for compliance of the QMS with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, which is confirmed by certificates No. 100 00005 dated 27.09.2022.
